Personal Training

Personal Training is about having the focus on you and the goals you want to achieve; be it losing weight, toning up or training for an event.  Having someone come to your house or meet you in the park is great motivation and once you start training and see the results there will be no stopping you!

I offer a number of different training options for individuals, pairs or small groups. I will come to a location that suits you and if you have young children and you train whilst they nap or watch I will keep it flexible to fit round your lifestyle.

After an initial consultation, I will create training sessions that suit your goals.  Sessions typically last one hour and will be a mix of cardio and resistance training, depending on what you want to achieve. 

Mini Sessions

Mini sessions are based purely on either TRX or Boxercise training.  They last 30 minutes and provide a great all over body workout.
 

 

Training Options

 One to One Sessions

1 hour sessions can be booked individually, block booked in 5 or 10 blocks or monthly subscription

One to Two Sessions  

Training with a friend can make it so much more fun!

1 hour sessions can be booked individually, block booked in 5 or 10 blocks or monthly subscription

Groups Session (max 5 participants)

1 hour sessions can be booked individually, block booked in 5 or 10 blocks or monthly subscription

Boxercise Mini Session (30 minutes)

TRX Mini Session (30 minutes)

Kettlebell Mini Session (30 minute)
