Boxercise® Classes and Individual Training
Boxercise® is a combination of boxing and exercise in a fun, stress busting and effective way.
Boxercise® uses a combination of both cardio and strength training that also improves balance, hand eye co-ordination and timing.
There are 2 ways to get involved in Boxercise® Training.
Group classes (45 minutes)
Mytchett Canal Centre
Using mainly Boxercise® moves it is a fun work out where you will learn boxing moves, complete pad work in pairs or as a group or work in circuits, the format will change on a weekly basis. Booking is essential as places are limited - please go to bookings.
Personal Training - Boxercise® and Kickboxercise
One 2 one sessions with me where you will get advanced Boxercise® and Kickboxercise training in your home. In these sessions you will learn a combination of punches and kicks that will take your Boxercise® Training to a new level.
