I have always loved fitness, working out and trying different types of exercise. I love running and take part in various events from 10k to marathons throughout the year. I enjoy working out outside and finding new ways to keep fit, as this keeps my work outs interesting and varied. 

I have also known what it’s like to struggle with weight and losing weight after having children and I understand that it is not always easy. I have tried the diets and then it just clicked… exercise more, eat well and I now have more energy and feel great. 

I am sure that if you have read the rest of this website you will realise that my main focus of exercise is finding some fun in it. I want you to enjoy exercise as much as I do.

I am a fully qualified level 3 Personal Trainer with a level 4 specialism in Obesity and Diabetes and can work alongside a GP Referral program. I am a Boxercise®, KickBoxercise and Speed Pads Instructor, Master Kettlebell Trainer and have additional qualifications in Pre and Post Natal Fitness, Spinning, Suspension Training, Barefoot Running and Nutrition.
